WELL..........so I'm thinking I put fresh batteries in it, but they have been sitting around a while, maybe three years.........

Honey did some grocery shopping today and picked up some CR2032 batteries, and guess what, it worked. Well, I'll be............

Had the same issue when I put a “new” battery in the C7 fob. It didn’t work.
Battery was from some Chinese company made string lites that my wife bought. I went out and bought a new battery and the fob worked fine.
PS. My fob did not go through a wash cycle.

One other goodie is remove your hearing aids before taking a shower. I now have a sign in the bathroom.
