Default Best coating for trailer deck
I picked up a used aluminum tilt deck snowmobile trailer to repurpose as an atv trailer. These trailers use 1/2” marine plywood. I am upgrading to 5/8” marine plywood and plan to put down a few coats of Clarkcraft 2 part marine epoxy to seal it up before install. I want to add a topcoat of something that will is durable and antislip. I was looking at either marine deck paint or bedliner material. Neither of these are cheap options so I want to pick the best for my needs. Any advice on what may work best?

Marine deck paint won't hold up long for what you are asking it to do. Go with the truck bed liner (roll on stuff) and you'll be better off.

There are a few "high" cost options. I've had Line-X in my truck bed for 10 years and it hasn't so much as chipped. I have coin flooring inside my race trailer that's pretty durable to everything except very sharp items. ATV would be fine, but snow machine might mess it up.

Behr Renu deck paint. Is infused w grit, add more. Lasts 5+ yrs on high traffic out door deck paths
