Default The man who saved Bourbon the squirrel...

Stephen Pruneda thought it was just going to be a normal day for him. However, he did not expect to find something interesting lying on the ground.

According to him, he was walking to school one day. He found a squirrel on the ground, which is almost dead due to cold. Stephen shared to ViralHog that he took the squirrel and placed him in his pocket during class. Until he gets home, Stephen kept the squirrel in his pocket. Afterward, he made it possible to feed him.

Stephen decided that he had to take care of the poor animal when he found out how freezing it was. It is also his intention to carry the animal in his pocket to warm it up. Following a meal for the poor squirrel, the two began their friendship that will last a lifetime.

Since then, Stephen looked after the squirrel. Until today, the creature is loved, fed, and comforted in the way it deserves. You can actually see that the woodland animal is now healthier and larger than the time it was found by Stephen.

The video shared on August 17, 2017 shows the transformation of Bourbon, the rescued squirrel. It documents the growth of the animal after Stephen took him in. Interactions and feedings were also recorded by the squirrel hero with his new companion.

Stephen proved that making a difference can be done in a lot of ways. It is more than lending a helping hand or donating a money. By taking in a poor animal that needs care is also a means of being a selfless person.

We can judge the heart of a man by his treatment of animals

It's good of him to save and raise that animal. Shows that there are still good and caring people in this world.

Help me out here, please: The squirrel looks like it has balance or motor control issues. Is that perhaps caused by oxygen loss to its brain when it almost froze, or is the squirrel just young? Even after its eyed opened and when it seems much older, it looks like it still is clumsy and slow-moving.

I was thinking the same thing.

If it's mother abandoned him, it may have been because there is something wrong with him.
