We bought this place. I wanted out of this state but wife wasn't having it. We want to be in the mountains and would've been on our land up in Feather Falls but that wouldn't work for me (to many memories of before the fire). This is a nice little place. It's only me and her so it's sufficient for our needs. Can't wait to get out of the city life.

Thanks. Yeah being close to Paradise, but very nice area. And as zeek stated, that is why it looks like Oregon.
