My brother in law can open Heineken or Corona beer with a Bic cigarette lighter spoon chopsticks or with another bottle upside down and place the upside down bottles cap under the cap and pop it off. I can open them with a Bic cigarette light.

I thought opening bottles of beer was why the seat belts are in cars?

I'm Canadian and started drinking beer before twist-offs were invented.

I can literally open a beer with just about anything.

I remember one year going to the beach with my Dad and we had a case of Heineken in a cooler with no opener and we used another beer to open each one. Got to the last one and I used a seashell to open it. SRS.

I use the garage door rails, or the strike plate on any door.

Besides, I don't like bottled beer, I prefer the 24 oz. datawiz-sized Heinekens.

You were drinking beer 60 years ago?

OK, maybe I should have said common in Canada. Not invented.

Heck, I remember when long-neck beer bottles arrived in Canada. Until then we had the little stubbies. Prefer them, they take up less room in the fridge.

Long neck bottles are much better to have when a fight breaks out.

Heineken is far from my favorite beer, but opening one in that fashion should be a felony.
