Hmmmm, might need to get a Canadian C8.

The current exchange rate is 1 USD to 1.33 CAD

So, a 59k C8 in the states should cost 78,470 in Canada, but it's going to start just shy of 10k less than that.

I bet the import duties and paperwork would negate some or most of the savings you might achieve, but you've definitely found an arbitrage opportunity here.
