Neither are healthy for you, but at least Burger King is cheaper. They send me coupons in the mail.

Seriously, I pretty much avoid these places and I see a doctor for my annual physical like I should at my age. I actually made it through the holiday season this year and even lost a few pounds instead of gaining some. I don't do this often, but I splurged today. If nothing else you should eat this stuff once in awhile just to remind yourself that it's not that good.
