I actually saw that pic being used by a car dealer. It said "Don't cry just because you got a bad deal on your last car!' I emailed the guy who's name was on the bottom of the ad and mentioned that he might want to pull the ad since a picture of people crying becasue the nazis just took power is probably not a good idea. They pulled the ad and apologized, saying that they hired a company to do it for them and had no idea that was the original context. He was a bit mortified.

And what makes you think that he pays his taxes correctly? Do you really think that the IRS would dare to audit his taxes?

Please recall the period right after his first election when it turned out that a very significant portion of his appointees and staff were found to have not paid their income taxes - not by the IRS but by Congress which had to approve them.

I wonder he and his staff learned that lesson and will "vet" his nominees for their new positions (Sec of State / Sec of Defense / CIA Director / etc.).

His tax returns are published every year.

Anyone is free to investigate them for correctness.

If memory serves, Timothy Geithner didn't pay Social Security and Medicare taxes for several years while he worked for the International Monetary Fund.
