I'd been looking for a while, and one day while walking the dogs with my wife, she asked why I hadn't got something yet.
I told her that I wanted to make sure that if something happened to me, she was ok.

Well, he IS wrong about the FOB constantly transmitting. This is FALSE

It only transmits when polled by (presumably) the car

Yes that's what I always thought also, at least with C6s. I wouldn't think they would've made C7s less secure.

There were numerous debates over this at "that other place," regarding C6s, and the point about it not continuously transmitting was made numerous times.

I believe @owc6 was one of the most knowledgeable about how it worked.

If she hasn't already, maybe she'll chime in here, although she probably won't post the pik of her skydiving in the raw.

That and I always set the parking brake and leave the tranny in 1st when I park. Don't see how it will get towed by the nose that way
