There are lots of things I have heard about the morbidly obese that I believe are true, but don't like to think about. For example, if someone is as fat as the woman in your picture, their arms are not long enough to reach around all that fat to wipe their ass. The difficulties with other daily chores that most of us handle seamlessly are also something I don't care to think about.

They were actually good neighbors. They basically NEVER went outside, never made any noise, never complained about anything, etc.

Probably deep seated emotional issues that caused the problem in the first place. They don't call it comfort food for nothing.
Yeah, I always image the struggle to wipe properly. Dang! An industrial size bidet would be helpful in these cases. Those things are better than DudeWipes, and if ya got the money you can get fancy ones with all kinds of settings.

We just had another small earthquake at my house. Only lasted a few seconds, I was in the bathroom and really heard it more than felt it. Wife said the plants were rocking on the kitchen table.

This is just like how you East Coast bangers laugh at people in SoCal who freak out and forget how to drive when it rains.

Who says that?

I think it is a little funny how we are having these big press conferences with all kinds of "executives" and big government officials blabbing on and on about all the wonderful things they are doing because the ground shook a little for a few seconds. I'm guessing they all had these "protocols" in place from the last earthquake in the area (2002 IIRC?) so they have been waiting more than 2 decades to toot their own horn about it.

I figure it is about the same as sub-zero temperatures around here. Do we get them? Yeah, but it happens so rarely that it becomes newsworthy.
