So sez a skinny bitch who won't suffer the long term medical problems obesity causes, not to mention just feeling better

(I dropped 45 pounds last year and feeling better than I did carrying that weight around)

Congrats although it didn't seem to brighten your disposition much.

I dropped a little over 100lbs over the last three years, it does make a difference.

Old and fat is one thing. But you see many more young people
fat these days. Too much TV ,computers, I phone, and not enough outdoor activity's. In fact not much activity at all. There was something positive
about going to a library for info instead of just reading info on your
phone. Technology will only make it worse. Fatter people and society
has begun glorifying those that are not healthy. The doctor said Fat is
good.

My New Year's weigh in was 221. Yesterday, I got on the scale, and it said 218. I get comments almost daily asking if I'm "OK" because I look like I'm "too thin".

Don't worry guys, I'm OK. For now. But if I get to 216, I may need some of you to step in for an intervention. Thanks in advantage.
