Hmmmm.

Challenge time. What’s easiest way to get water to tiki bar. Only cold needed, if hot I’ll put black hose on roof.

Will use hose tap on house as source. I’ll make sure there is a line drain at lowest point behind bar where water will come in… or a blow hole for air compressor

Q: Do I connect to faucet and put Pex through a buried conduit?
- are connectors available to connect to a standard faucet?

The make npt to hose bib fittings both 3/4 and 1/2 inch npt. Adapt to pex from there if that's what you were asking.
Instead of pex consider the black piping like use for sprinklers as it alot more rugged and can adapt to anything.

Just the black 3/4 or 1" will work. Plenty of fittings. Get the poly tubing as they have done a bunch of studies to determine "food safe". Direct bury is fine.

The line from my well to the house is Pex. Direct buried. Also many fittings available. This is my first home with Pex and it's way better so far than copper. I've done a bunch of mods (sprinklers, laundry tub, whole house humidifier, etc.) and the Pex is way more forgiving. I'm done with sweat soldering until I can't get another option.
