I saw a post on X from a woman talking about someone using a VPN but she knows they live in her city. How can someone know where you are if you are using a VPN?

If you live in my city (foreigner or Colombian) and you look at me on a website using a VPN, please don't talk to me because as soon as I know we are in the same place I feel repulsed. I don't care who you are but I'm not interested in talking to people who live in my city or plan to visit my city to meet me, it freaks me out, it’s creepy and disgusting. I only exist as a virtual character and my interactions are limited exclusively to Flirt4free or Onlyfans and that's it. Period.

Sounds like she has no idea. What she's saying is when people message her and tell her they are in her area, she freaks out. She feels comfortable being an internet whore to people who should be far far away, so I assume she doesn't like being fooled by chatting with a simp who appears to be far away due to VPN only to have him end up telling her he's nearby.

When I saw her post, I remembered a thread here about getting a VPN. That got me curious since I do not have much knowledge with a VPN.

I think it's the part where she doesn't want to be recognized in real life because she acknowledges she's doing an undignified thing for money. Probably a safety issue because yeah of the pool of customers that are paying her, there are certainly psychos who think they actually have a relationship or that her friendliness is genuine. I feel for some of those women. The ones that are in a poor country and get caught up in that life by predators. People looking to make money off these poor, possible poorly educated, desperate girls.

I have had similar thoughts in the past. Then I think about a scenario where I might be willing to help provide a better life for one of these people caught up in this mess.

Then the reality hits me and I become fairly certain that they'd rob me, spend my money, run off, and continue doing what they were doing the entire time behind my back. Fkm
