Debate was no fun a few months ago, because all there was to hear was one side only. Never mind why that was the case.

Now, there really isn't much debate going on anymore, because there is one side only again.

The reason why Will came in here was to attempt to get the discussion going again between both sides, and he did a good job of that. He accomplished this by deleting some posts that were definitely childish and attacking, and he didn't just delete/edit liberals' posts that were that way. Ask me how I know.

Are you guys really going to leave just because you don't have the comfort and safety of, for the large part, only hearing voices that you agree with?

If that's the case, look at it this way. If you do come back, and some "Pubs" start attacking you with off-topic, baiting, or insulting comments, Will is going to put a stop to that crap in short order. So from that standpoint, you're safe.

I don't mean to be rude or insulting in asking this question, but there really isn't any other way to say it. Have you left because you are afraid of real debate, against people with real facts and data?

Serious question. I hope to hear from you guys with your answer. In TVBPR&C, please.

I enjoy a good, solid, back and forth with facts debate. That's why I keep checking out political sections, because I like stuff that makes me think. A lot.

Reading the same one sided, no discussion, everyone get in a circle and hug is boring as hell.

I agree with the OP, and don't want to see this place turn into that.
