All these years I've been hearing about how great Hellman's mayonnaise is and we don't have it here, so I wondered what I was missing. So a local discount grocery store where they often have odd out-of-area brands had some. It turns out it's the same as Best Foods mayonnaise, which I've been eating for just about my entire life. They just use a different name here.

That is correct. West of the Mississippi it is known as Best Foods.

This is the Mayo of champions right here. Everyone in the south knows it. If you find anything else in my house, I didn't buy it. Best ever..

Dukes is good but not good enough to throw out the Hellmans

My retired Ranger friend Terry had some Dukes mailed up here and it is good.

Now if you try to pass off Miracle Whip as "just as good", I have pickaxe that'll find a resting spot in your head

Dukes or Hellmans, both are good. I think Hellmans is a touch thicker. I do usually by Hellmans though.
