He just told you that homegirl Fani and home slice Wade did NOT perjure themselves in his courtroom, and he also told you that the same phone geotracking evidence that has landed literally hundreds of J6 protestors in prison is meaningless in Georgia, and doesn't actually prove anything.

Shit, I don't know why he didn't insist that perjury charges be filed against Yearti. She was the best witness of the bunch. Answered questions with yes, and no, and didn't say anything more than she needed to to answer questions.

The judge has made a finding of fact that the defense did not prove that homegirl or home slice acutally perjured themselves in the judge's court, though curiously he seems to acknowledge that home slice DID lie in his divorce proceedings. I guess you can lie in one court and that doesn't effect your standing in other courts now.

My friend seems to think the defense will now file a new motion, with new evidence to try and force the judge to admit the perjury we all saw already. He thinks they have another smoking gun ready to unleash. I hope so, but I doubt it, and even if they do, the judge is the finder of fact, and I don't think even if he was shown signed confessions AND video evidence of homegirl ****ing home slice in 2019, that the judge would find as a fact that the lovers lied in court.

His ruling was like catching two robbers in the bank vault, and then letting them decide which one goes to jail and which one goes home. It's crazy.

He finds no PROOF they were screwing prior to appointment, no proof that home slice financed her vacation lifestyle, yet there is an odor, but she gets to choose which one of them the odor is attached to.

FORGET the love affair AND whether vacation money changed hands AND even the perjury accusations.

Willis hired an inexperienced friend at a ridiculous hourly rate, on a sole source, "no compete" contract, let him charge the monthly limit ($35,000) to a total of nearly $700K; increased his contract cap to 3 or 4 million, bypassed the correct process to do so. Then as an additional insult she signs off on invoices that use "block billing" describing no work products or details. I WAS a 1099 gov't consultant - for 15 years, I would be embarrassed to even consider submitting those invoices.

Then she lets the OTHER two, lower paid, experienced consultants go.

AND then, with super star Wade on board the indictment was so flawed 6 charges were kicked back. So, what the hell has Wade been doing ?

The corruption is nearly exceeded by the incompetence....one of the more disgusting things to happen in the last couple of years. Wade was gone anyway so Willis gets her fanny smacked and continues on.

The only hope is that the GA bar eats her lunch - unlikely though.
BOTTOM LINE: Willis gets a pass and the judge is now a card-carrying member of "the swamp".

GA taxpayers should check on a "morning after" pill because they just took it up the gumpstump.
