One Third of iPhone 4 Traffic is on Verizon
Nearly a third of iPhone 4 traffic in the U.S. is on Verizon Wireless, according to a study by research firm Localytics, as cited by Apple Insider.

The breakdown, just four months after the iPhone debuted on Verizon, is 32 percent Verizon and 68 percent AT&T. The number has gradually increased since Verizon began offering the device in February.

All of the pre-iPhone 4 versions of the device remain exclusive to AT&T


Toshiba Thrive Arriving Sunday
The Toshiba Thrive Android tablet will arrive July 10 at Best Buy, the companies confirmed this week.

The 10.1-inch tablet, which features Android 3.1, was first unveiled at International CES in January. Best Buy had been accepting preorders since last month.

Best Buy also launched a TV commercial this week focusing on the Thrive specifically.


Apple rumored to launch the iPad HD with the iPhone 5 come September
Earlier today we heard that Apple is preparing to launch a thinner and lighter iPhone 5 as compared to the iPhone 4 sometime in September. However, Thisismynext is reporting that Apple is preparing to launch a new iPad in September as well as the refreshed iPhone. The new iPad won’t have any dramatic changes that we saw in the iPad 2 as compared to the original iPad. Instead, the latest iPad coming in September will be called the iPad HD and is somewhat of a Pro version in reference to the iPad 2.

The main difference in the iPad HD and the iPad 2 is screen resolution, as the iPad HD is said to pack a 2048 x 1536 resolution. The iPad HD will mostly be marketed towards those who require a portable tablet device with a high-end display, such as those involved in photography and video production. Lastly, the iPad HD is said to come pre-loaded with a mobile version of Aperture or Final Cut, again making it more for those involved in media production who want to shoot and edit on the go.

I imagine we’ll hear more rumors about a possible iPad HD in the coming weeks as we approach September.
