Floridiots come up here during the summer to get away from the heat. Due to our elevation we are are a lot closer than Southern NY, which has a similar climate.

There are less than 200 full time residents here, yet many times that in homes and condos. And they all get the same type of tax bill at the end of each year.

What would you call someone who lives where they can't stand the heat most of the year and pay property taxes there and somewhere else? I call 'em idiots.
