the covid "vaccine" works great
One of the ladies in the office at work just tested positive for covid as did her husband.
They BOTH have had they covid "vaccines". Falsi (fauci) said his "magic cure" would protect you if you got it. More bullshit |

I thought the idea was to keep you from "seriously ill" not that you couldn't still get it? Just a question, I am obviously not well versed on the subject.

None of the vaccines make you immune from contracting covid. The vaccines simply reduce the symptoms if you do get it. It's not like the polio vaccine where you get a shot and you can't get polio.

Same way regular flu vaccine works... Triggers an immune response under controlled situation so whdn do get it your body already knows what to do and has antibodies to fight it off immediately.

Sad that this is even an issue. Too bad it’s not widely talked about so one could do some reading

I will say this - I got the 2nd pfizer shot today at noon, I could easily nap for the next 2 days, but that's the only side effect i'm feeling.

I haven’t required masks in my business ever, don’t wear one for the most part and haven’t received any vaccines for this covid nonsense. Still living the dream.

Possibly due to difference in viruses but it virtually eliminated polio.
Here's a summation of difference between polio and the flu Cliffs: our bodies recognizes polio and it's variants easily not so much with the flu. Viruses: Polio vs InfluenzaWhy do we need to get a new flu vaccine every year when we only need one vaccination for polio? I'm Jim Metzner and this is the Pulse of the Planet.McDonald: We need a new vaccine every year because the virus is changing constantly. And if the virus is able to change very slightly, our immune system no longer can recognize it.Virologist Sarah McDonaldMcDonald: What scientists do is about a year out from flu season they start looking at the viruses and seeing "What does it look like this year?" They take samples from all over the world, and they make predictions about what they think it's going to look like six months from now. When you're getting the flu vaccine, essentially what you're getting is a formulation that was based on an educated guess from the scientists of what was circulating about six months ago. There's this conundrum of why do we get a polio virus vaccine when we're a child and that protects us against all the polio virus strains that seem to be circulating around the world, and it protects us for life. But flu, we need to get a vaccine every year. Polio has the same capacity to change as influenza does. So they're both changing, but what's different is the way our immune systems recognize the viruses and where the changes are occurring. And the places, or sites, where the changes occur vary for different viruses.McDonald: Unfortunately for influenza, our immune systems identify the virus at the exact sites that the virus is changing. Whereas, for polio our immune systems recognize the virus at sites that don't change very frequently. So, for those viruses like the flu which change in ways that our immune system can recognize, we need a new vaccine every year. For viruses like polio, where any changes are not recognized by the immune system, one vaccine seems to do the job. Pulse of the Planet is made possible in part by Virginia Tech, inventing the future with a hands on approach to education and research. |

We are not exposed to most of those diseases now but I bet if we were we test positive for them without getting sick from them. We don't test for any of those i bet or extremely rare if we do. Shingles vaccine nor any others are 100% effective, one is 51% effective in people over 70. Like I said differences between viruses explains why some vaccines are more effective. Transmission rates and how quick the onset is I'm sure has alot to do with it. Some shots do require boosters later in life or going to certain areas of the world. Perhaps the main advantage to this vaccine is it will shorten the time you are sick/contagious. Sounds like booster shots will be needed possibly yearly like the flu since it is mutated and will continue to do so. |

Rodnok, what I did was look them up and use the words used to define the vaccines. The word "prevents" is not mine. The vaccines are described that way...because that's what they do. My complaint I guess, is that they came out strong with bold claims and have stepped them back to an ambiguous level. Shot or not, you have no way of knowing the impact of the vaccine on your own situation. I believe it is intentional. They are correct regardless of the outcome for any person that gets the shot. Die? Well, it's not 100%. Sick? Well, maybe not as sick as you could have been. Asymptomatic? It worked better for you than others. It is like weatherman saying there's a chance if rain. They'll never be wrong.

What test did the lady and her husband get ?
A positive test result may be a good thing . A PCR swab/nasal test picks up any part of a corona virus and not necessarily the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The blood test picks up antibodies and again not necessarily SARS-CoV-2 . A negative result for either tests means you are at risk . BTW: About 70% of polio cases today are down to the virus passed on in the vaccine . |
