Don’t see why Soros doesn’t bus down some of his looter crews. They’d have that bad boy stripped in an hour.

Back to the question about unloading cargo containers. Each container has a specific weight and are loaded in a set pattern. Once you start removing containers you affect the Stability and Buoyancy of the vessel. A shift in the Center of Gravity of the vessel will cause it to capsize or roll over on its side. Look at the one in Georgia which is being cut into pieces. It ran aground, cargo shifted and capsized. They elected to cut it into pieces to clear the area, that was almost a year ago they started cutting.
In the Navy when you take battle damage on the ship, there is a lot of math involved to figure out which compartments to counter flood or how to dewater to keep the ship stable and buoyant. I believe they have a computer to help now but back in the late 90's it was done by hand and a pain to figure out. It would be along those same principles figuring out which container to move to not affect any of the other containers from shifting weight and causing the roll over. My wife showed me an article this morning that said they have already unloaded as much water and fuel as is practical, and that there was a very high tide last night. Ship still stuck.
In all seriousness, although I'm sure I don't know anything about unsticking ships, this is what I thought I would try. Get a couple of gangs of big bulldozers, wire them up like this, wait for high tide, and hold my beer and watch this. It seems like something that could be put together in a day or two, and even if it didn't unstick the ship, if they could pull the ass end closer to the side and anchor it there, they could at least clear the back-up. |

I have another great idea. It seems that it's the bulbous bow that is stuck in the side of the canal. Pump some oil or lubricant down there, to make it easier for the bulbous bow to move off the side. Or maybe get a big ass can of Kroil or WD-40 and do the same thing?

Get Al Quiring and his big green tow truck over there and he will have it out in one hour minus commercial brakes. He does it all the time on Highway Through Hell!

Reading on Stability: https://www.wartsila.com/encyclopedia/term/stability[/QUOTE The boat was loaded in a specific order most likely via computer chart which the company no doubt has since it should be offloaded in reverse at final destination. As long as it is somewhere near "level" in the water unloading in proper order should cause no issues whatsoever. |

Throw on the tin foil hat
WHAT IF Someone commandeered the navigation system and purposely rammed the ship into the bank to keep it there so exactly what they were carrying could be "discovered" ? The captain did say the screen went blank and then it went into the bank. |
