Who says he's filthy rich? He also says he has a super model wife that he leaves at home while he's gone for a month at a time. I smoke Cuban cigars and i live off the L.A river. I got tossed out of Thomas Jefferson's house one time. So I can honestly say at any time in the foreseeable future that "I've been tossed out of better places than this."

He was a 'rich kid' when I knew him in high school and has only a sister for siblings. The family invested in real estate in San Francisco and in the Bay Area for decades when it was cheap.... So, IMO, split with his sister when the time comes, his worth is probably in the area of 20 to 70 million or more. You'd be surprised what duplex, 4-plex, and commercial properties in San Francisco go for. We're talking 15k per month rental fees on a single flat.
So, like it or not, IMO, anybody worth over 20 million is 'filthy rich'. Anybody worth between 1 and 5 million these days is simply mid-middle class. Not even wealthy.
