As I have mentioned many times, a lie is knowingly misleading people; like saying you can keep your doctor after being told that many people will lose their primary care physician.

Taking the president’s words out of context accounts for most the so-called lies. Add in the jokes and metaphors to account for the rest and there are very few lies which I classify as white lies.
