When someone asks you this question... do you tell them the truth? Or do you make it some kind of guessing game where the other person has to be psychic? Also, Don't give us "world peace" or stuff like that..

After 12 years of the online forums I know from the baller threads guys want guns/knives/rolex watches/ZR-1's/Z06's/mods for the cars....

Chicks want rings/bracelets/ear rings/dresses/shoes/necklaces/cars.....

You can't go wrong with that stuff... but for the rest of the people who have to live on a budget... what do you really want that someone can afford to give you?

I would like a new Grand Theft Auto video game, or a Flip HD video camera.

I told my girls this weekend that I want all the seasons of Designing Women on DVD. They were like "Will you actually WATCH them, Mom?" I think I could learn to operate the system to do that, yes.

Well, I'm a chick and have enough jewelry....give me parts for my vettes and I'll be as happy as a clam. Although, performance parts are pretty pricey so it was unlikely that I'd get any of those...

Instead I am getting a new laptop...kinda in need of one for travel, so it's all good.

As far as intangible items that don't have a price....good health for myself and family would be nice.

I too have all the big stuff and don't need anything major. A great gift would be more time to enjoy all the stuff I already have! (I think that falls into the world peace thing again)

1. 240V electric heater for the garage
2. HANS device or similar
3. Rolling tool cart for the garage
4. Funds to put toward the cage in the Z06

Things I need:
1. Tile to finally finish my kitchen floor
2. Dress/work pants. I've been wearing the same pair of tan/black slacks for a long time. Would probably be good to actually buy more
3. Underwear (boxer-briefs) as over 1/2 of mine have holes in them.
4. New laptop. My old Dell Inspiron 800 hz processor (yes it's from the year 2000!) is my garage laptop and I use my GF's old-arse Dell when inside (what I'm on now).

Hunches on what I'm getting so far
1. I think Dad wants to buy me tile to finish my kitchen
2. New basic laptop from Mom.... she randomly asked me if I still used my old Dell when I was home for Thanksgiving.
3. Tool cart from my brother.... my Dad basically told me not to buy one when I was black Friday shopping at Northern Tool/Harbor Freight

It is nice to be able to look at EVERY add paper and see nothing I need.
