Great question but hard to answer.

The box has 42 cartridges, but some folks inhale a lot of the 1 pack/day they smoke, others, a good portion burns up.

Average of 2 boxes/week for 1PPD smoker.

Smoked 2 cartons a week. Had pulled into the store parking lot on a Tuesday morning going to work. Heard on the radio that Odumbo had raised the tax. On the same day the Bitch that was Governor raised the state tax on cigarettes. I thought piss on them they want get no extra tax from me anymore. After 38 years of smoking on April 3, 2009 Never had another one. Sure still now from time to time I still would like one.

Quit maybe 40 years ago ....had to go somewhere for help (now out of business) but it worked great ! I was smoking 3 packs a day and couldn't sleep more then 4 hours without waking up for a smoke.
Best thing I ever did I think....when the place was operating I sent 10 other people there and all but one stopped. Really weird what they did but it worked and that's all I care about.

Didn't start until my mid-twenties. Everyone at work did, and I got a headache with everyone around doing it. Found I didn't if I lit up. Smoked cigarettes for about twenty years. Got up to pack and a half a day.
Realized one day that the first thing I wanted when I woke up was a cigarette, and the last thing at night the same. Quit. Stayed that way for a couple of years then started again but just at work. When I was off three or four days I didn't smoke. The three or four days I worked I smoked at work.
Changed jobs and quit again for a couple of years. Started back, but then switched to little cigars about fifteen years ago. Al Capone "No Comments" Slims. The tips are dipped in rum. Gives them a sweet taste. Love these little fukkers. Smoke usually four or five a day. More if drinking.
I stop every now and then for a few weeks or months but eventually miss them and start back up.

Smoked off and on since I was 16 years old. In 2007 I was diagnosed with Hairy Cell Leukemia and had to go through chemo. My wife advised me that if I continued to smoke while going through chemo she was going to “go ballistic”
Having seen ballistic previously, I decided to quit. Did it cold Turkey and have not smoked since then
