Thanks guys. Thought I was looking in the right spot but I was a little off.

I bent over in a pretzel formation and found the correct MATCHING. NUMBER

OK. Shake the enormity of the project out of your head and focus. The car in my avatar was purchased as a bare shell on jack stands with a small pile of parts under the car on the dirt floor of his garage. There was no engine or transmission, the entire suspension was out down to the bare frame and the interior was stripped down to where your car is now.
Like you, I bought an assembly manual and joined a forum for support... I learned long ago to break big projects down into small increments (how do you eat an elephant?) and slowly I got to the end. Don't sell yourself short... you re obviously an intelligent and capable woman and have a support system both with the hubby and here. So slow down, think a bit and organize your thoughts before continuing.

Wiring can be daunting but you just have to break it down into sections. If you have wiring diagrams it's a huge help of course. Doesn't look like Bubba done cut it up and installed 200 scotch locks at least.
Wish i was closer as wiring is kinda my thing.
The older cars had extra wiring sometimes for options not on the car or even non used connections. That will drive you crazy under the dash....
They are really pretty simple as far as wiring goes, my caddy has 1400 times that wiring easy.
You probably just need some guidance and could easily tackle the wiring.
Get a label maker and mark the circuits to make assembly easy.
Carpet isn't difficult just hard on back and hands to install, but some kits aren't worth 2 nickles and makes life hard as don't fit correctly. That's the only hard part of carpeting... When they don't fit.

You’re a great hype man! Thank you for those excellent words of advise.

The eating an elephant phrase has been uttered by many to me in the last few weeks.

We got the carpet set from ACC. Who the concourse Shelby/cobra guy uses, so I assume they are good.

I had ACC molded carpets that I used in my '85 resto. They fit in well, requiring only minor trimming. I also believe they have the OEM templates from GM, at least that was the advertised BS when I purchased the kit from Corvette America back in 2003. Used 1 large can of 3M spray adhesive to attach the dash panel/knee braces. Held up well, right up to last Nov. when I sold it.

I also used ACC for the SOs '79 Honda Civic when I redid that back in '08.
Was not too happy with that kit. While the carpet color, finish edges, and pile were correct OEM types, the front set was too short and crooked, and there was a small gap where the front and rear sets met. Luckily the gaps were under the front seat, but still upsetting to get that far into a project and have results that suck.
Of course, it was a custom order/cut set.

I’ve spent hours in the AIM this am with very little progress.

Can one of you that are far more in the know than me tell me what parts are missing in these pictures.

These are all in the engine bay on the opposite side of the wiper cowel area.

Ok, so larger yellow circle is the actuator bottle abs the mounting bracket.

What about the other smaller ones?

Looks like they bypassed the heater core. And left off the housing.

I believe those holes are for the wiper transmission. An oval shaped washer held on by two small nuts. There also a small piece of gasket material between this oval washer and the cowl.

That makes sense as everything pertaining to the windshield wipers are missing.

The heater box and parts are all completely missing. My car did not have a AC. I think vintage air was going to be installed, but have no idea.

Excuse that this is an L88! But if you can enlarge the picture you’ll see the same oval shaped washer in the very center of the firewall. There are three right left and center.
