In my town its mostly the school system that gets the bulk of the money.Believe me i'm no fan of property taxes but my "opinion" is on surrounding states that have sky high taxes and nothing to show for it as the overall quality of life is rather poor for most with high crime and living in fear...etc

Since I grew up in Massachusetts I am allowed to call it Cow Hampshire. And I left "as soon as I could". Got a good education, built not as good as my kids who went K-16 in NC. And our taxes are are less than 1/3 of NH or NY.

I mentioned NY because I paid property taxes there for 11 years and the schools were terrible. Moved the **** out of there before my oldest went into kindergarten.

Talk about poor people skills, you, forwarding a narrative that I think I'm above everyone else.
