We called it WD-40: windows down at 40mph. This was in the Carter years, when over 55 was illegal.

What a great president. A nuclear engineer who created an energy crisis, "stagflation", and home mortgage rates approaching 18%.

That's the standard cab long bed. The short bed is 115". I don't know your source for the longer lengths, but I suspect they are for the king and supercab versions, where very few were produced. Or maybe F250s, 350s....

It was a short-bed, so yes, I had to make a special sheet carrier when the wife wanted a new set of bed sheets.

They barely fit it, but it worked!

Sorry no pix.

I had a '69 F100 Ranger as a winter rat back in the late 80's and Baby Doll refused to ride in it.

I posted the wheelbase specs from Ford's own Brochure. All you had to do was read them. Here's Ford's own brochure for 1979 showing that there was no F-150 wheelbase less than 133" through the 1970's. You continue to confuse the F-100 with the F-150. Maybe intentionally to troll or maybe out of ignorance and a pigheaded unwillingness to learn. Either way, you're wrong.

I looked it up on the google, and surprisingly they are almost the same L W H.
But the C10 definitely has "broader shoulders" and a larger look. And has 48" between the wheel wells.

Blowing up the portion in question we get this, no idea what year, and is largely illegible. We can glean that the F150 was only available in an 8' bed, and looks like 133" WB. The F100 6-1/2' bed is less, I can't read that number, my guess is that it is 18" less that 133", which just happens to be the number that I quoted from another source.

Why so surprised? You don't trucks have gotten bigger over the generations?
