I'm doing about the same, more or less.

Saw the doc today and he thinks things are improving but he renewed the script for the IV antibiotics.

As for me and Mrs Flex, I had been out of the gym for about 3 years when we met. Been back at it for over 10 years again now, after a 7 year hiatus.
