Possibly for Tinder hook-ups, but for Dr. appointments, I have a pair of old tighty-whities from the 80's with skid marks galore I store out in the garage for such occasions.....

Why keep a clean pair that you have not wore to go to the doctor? They will be messed up when you leave after the finger wave so may as well just go there with a dirty pair on.
