Somebody was telling me the other day about wrapping asparagus in bacon. Apparently gets baked. I'd never heard of it before but it sounds mighty good to me. Reckon I will be trying some of that before too long.

My wife took dates, stuffed them with blue cheese and wrapped bacon around and baked. Pretty darn good.

They sell bacon bits for putting on salads... Great idea but a little too much like chewing on rocks to me.
