He was cool. Spent today shooting his namesake ammo down range. Wife just bought a Kimber micro 9mm and it was a joy to shoot.

I've had my P-08 for about 29 years now, I think. It's a 1941 date and all the eagle and swastika marks
are intact. It's always fun to shoot but the engineering is a marvel. German over-engineering as usual, but the take down is always impressive- just like my two 1898 Mauser Broomhandles! Challenging if you haven't done it in awhile... |

I always wanted one. If it wasn't for their dumbass racism, they had a lot of cool stuff. Best looking uniforms by far.

Luger is a PO8.
I have a very nice "Taken back Luger". A fried of mine brought it home as a war prize. Its a early1930s model in excellent shape with the matching holster and belt. Taken off a Panzer LT. during the battle of the bulge. Unfornituely it is not matching numbers but it still holds considerable value |

I have a stainless Stoeger Luger. My father had it on layaway in a gun shop in Alexandria VA when he passed away in 1994. I paid it off and had it transferred to a local shop. It sits in the safe, I have never fired it.
