I have just recently acquired a charcoal grill, and have been going nuts with burgers, dogs, steaks, and shrimp skewers.


I'm ready to graduate to more difficult undertakings.


Tell me the secrets of grilling chicken wings and chicken breasts. Also Bacon.

Low and Slow....I smoked these, not grilled them. Just get you a nice low heat, and a small smoke box you can fill with chips. Cook them at 250 for ~2 hours and the meat falls right off the bone.

As for the hot wings, I like to use Franks Red Hot and then add my own kick to it. It also helps if you bring the wings to room temp before putting them on the smoker. (just dont let them get warm)
