Stuff like this is why cops get a bad rap. Not sure if this made national news, but Georgia Southern is right down the road in Statesboro. Those dumb cops knew better, but still put this young man through the ringer. Inexcusable..

Here is why that cop is an absolute DUMBASS.

I am very aware of the test they used and a positive result is BLUE !!! not pink. That cop needs to get a desk job.

Also, those are presumptive tests and are followed up by lab tests (confirmatory) or damned sure better be.

they found tim mcveigh because of a missing/loose plate. didn't know he was the guy when they first pulled him over. so now cops have been trained to look for little things to justify stops. like not using a turn signal in Odessa, TX this weekend.

Was the bird poop on the hood the reason for the initial stop? At night? Doubtful. They probably had some other pretext for the stop. The bird poop crack charge was an escalation of things. I doubt our football star had warrants or a record, so maybe he just pissed them off and they came up with farfetched bullshit to harass the football player?

He was pulled over for speeding.
