If it is as clean as the pics suggest and all services are up to date he'll probably get close to his ask. The last actual 308 I personally inspected was a down at the heel 65000 mile example with no service history, 10 year old Michelins and needing a complete cosmetic makeover. I thought it might bring 25K... it gavelled for 55.
