Made it home ! Car only got up to 230 degrees once while in traffic. Turned the AC off and it cooled to 203. Gonna figure this out if it kills me.

I did, however, find a way to put a nail into a tire also.

If anyone is keeping score of the animal kingdom that has tried to kill itself by diving in front of my car...

Ahhhh... Chez motel VI is lovely. The bed slopes toward the middle so you don't roll out!! Tube TV about the size of a laptop screen, for that 'hi tech' feel.

About 735 miles today.

230 is a normal operating temp for a C5. NO need to turn off the AC.
