Yes 3/4 million jobs were lost in Ws last month. You are right no one can live on unemployment, go out and get a job, so be it may be a pay cut, been there done that and currently have a cut in my income, reason I cut the payroll by 2/3 thirds, I needed to feed my family, pay for others on the Govt roles. The big answer on retirement age is for all parties to stop stealing the money working Americans send in for social security and medicare taxes already. Medicare for the first time since the law was signed will see cutbacks under the newly signed HC bill to the tune of $50 billion a year, Demos did this not pubs when you get old just die when you get sick. Seems if you worked your whole life paid into Medicare you would not expect cuts that the Demos and Obama have put into law and the cuts start Jan 1, 2011. Did you see the Federal Health Care Rates for the sick and uninsurable in Texas, sure you did you see all my posts. What is affordable about the Federal Program? The rich (I am not wish I was), pay more than there fair share of taxes already so others can spunge off them. Only your first point is valid on W, the rest are just Libs talking points

People who know what Unemployment Insurance is, knows the only way you get it is if you were employed. Unemployment is paid out to those who are who are discharged in good standing. If anyone is getting Free Government Money, it is because Corporations are not monitoring where their Unemployment Insurance dollars are going.

Of course, people who manage and or owns business would know that.

I honestly don't think you understood my orignal statement. You said can we all agree that Obama is a Natural born American citizen. I said I don't care just fix our economy.
And you responded with useless rebuttle thus furthering why you also can not come up with a solution to fix our economy but hey I can't either.

But also, the president has not once ever concieved his own idea to help fix our economy, so he really is never to blame. But he is our iconic figure to praise or blame in times of joy or depression. When an Idea comes from his cabinet they will let him know and then he will tell us and we will praise him before Allah as our savior.

We don't need ALL the answers we just need an Answer. Not to fix it all but to fix a small part and grow from that. you can't fix the whole puzzle without putting smaller pieces together.

if you want the economy back to 15k Dow with everyone working & housing prices skyrocketing again, I hate to tell ya.but that ain't gonna happen. we *did* stop the slide into possibly the greatest depression known to man, though. that much is fact. where it goes from here is anyone's guess. I think by 2012 people are going to vote their pocketbooks & if the economy is no worse than it is now they'll keep the Pubs out. JMO

Seems how we are way off the OP anyway, When running for president everyone tried to connect Barack with radical muslim because of his name and Ideas. Even though he went to that Trinity church.

Ohhh … ok … my bad.

But now (Tuesday the 20th; 2010) we should all know he’s just as much Muslim as you or I and his “ideas” are no more sinister than any other politician or American patriot. His tan should have little to do with his decisions making. Either you like his decision or you don’t, period.


BTW … I went to “That Trinity Church” twice back in the late 90s, never once seen that Preacher and never once did they say anything about Hating White People. It was just a typical church that fall asleep in.
