He bragged to me a few weeks ago how his buyout and deferred income will keep his current income level the same until he's 94. I'm guessing that's 2-3 mil a year, until he's 94.

If you drew $400,000/year from a $10 million trust you would run out of money way faster than you think. You can't look at it as being only 4% a year. I've seen several guys in that circumstance who wound up dead broke in a few short years.

Sounds like a bad divorce. Those two, by accounts, deserved each other. Sad they might screw up two other families.
