Need surgery again. Last one was in October. (Emergency bowel resection). Now I have to get a hernia repaired that resulted from the first surgery. Sigh.

I had a small spot taken care of with that surgical mesh stuff. Went very well; totally fixed the problem.

How long ago? Mine is an inch long and 3/4 wide. It’s been ripping upward for a few months.

Pete, there is no one that deserves what you have been going through. I would ask the same question if it was me, and hopefully it doesn't. That said, you know all of us want the best for you, and the best outcome that we all hope and pray for. You are a smart, funny, and talented guy that all of us consider our friend, and on a personal note, I just want you to be well. I love your music videos, know that your friends and family love you, and want you to beat this shit, no matter what. Hang in there brother, you know we are all waiting for you to post, so we will know that you are OK.

Very well stated! Pete, we want you to share what’s going on, not for sympathy as you say, but because we generally care and want to know what is up.

My dad had one fixed with the mesh last year, I’m not sure how big it was but I know it was large and he let it go for a long time. The doctor was amazed he put up with as bad as it was, but he’s a tough dude!
