Since it's a Mopar thread:
Dodge will discontinue its Challenger and Charger muscle cars next year Man. I've never owned either one, but that sucks. |

Thought it was an ugly vehicle in the day with the tall rear spoiler BUT going for great money today.

Remember back in December, when someone dragged forth a rusty, mossy, filthy, and disheveled 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona from a barn in Alabama? It was one of only 503 ever produced and only had 20,553 miles on the clock. But despite that rarity and low mileage, it only sold for half of its $180,000 asking price. The seller listed the car with Mecum at a target price of $180,000, about the same as a brand-new Porsche 911 GT3 RS that runs and doesn't have mushrooms growing between the seats. However, the barn-found Charger still sold for $90,000, a pretty decent price for such a rough example. For comparison, this pristine '69 Daytona with just 20 miles on the clock since a complete frame-off restoration pulled $195,000 at auction. |

Dodge Chargers
They are basically the same, Grill is the major difference. Different wheels on the 1970. That said, I like the 1968 the best. It has the cleanest look. |
