Anarcho-tyranny. Venezuela did the same thing, unleashing street thugs on communities to put the people in fear. And we've got a neat twist in the US, as the Soros D.A.'s will crucify anyone that fights back against the street thugs, just like that elderly bodega worker in NYC. He eventually had his charges dismissed, but he had to pay for a lawyer, pay for bail, and pay for medical treatment for the stab wound from the robber's baby mamma. Defying the state sanctioned street thugs comes at great personal cost.
