I took my MC out for a little putt this afternoon. Even the most magnificent mane takes a beating under those conditions.

I was just wondering what I should do tonight, too hot to do anything outside. The last time I played my guitar was in May, when I realized my strings were beat. Then, I broke my wrist (left wrist, no playing), hurt my knee, went on vacation (no room for the geeter), got back and left for a wedding in CO, got back from that and had COVID. Yeah, I haven't played a note in 2+ months.

Looks like tonight's plan includes drinking beer and changing strings!

What brand/type of strings are you liking these days? I've been using Martin and D'Addario's... might try a different brand just for the hell of it.

I think that is from the last time I bought a 10 pack, and there are two more packs in the case. Considering I haven't been very active the last few years, I can believe they have been hanging around here for 6-8+ years.

It's a hobby.

No worries. I am a hobbyist golfer too, and there have been times when it took me a few years to get through a dozen good golf balls someone gave me as a Christmas gift.
