Sounds like you had a successful come-to-Jesus meeting. Why did that take 4 years? Lack of evidence? Sounds like it would have been more helpful about 4 years ago.

Lack of evidence. Plus, we really thought they would get bored after a while. This worked out well because of the investigation. It got his attention and made it "real".

The best part is the mom went to the other family and I guess the shit hit the fan. Apparently the case file i gave her made an impression on them too.

They are starting to realize that I'm much smarter, better connected and know how law enforcement and the judicial system work.

We have been working with the DA and local LE to document the situation. Individual incidents hard to prove. A larger pattern, not so much.

Hoping for a peaceful summer where I can focus on recovering my health.

The best part is when I showed him the surveillance system and told him about the night vision. "I see and record EVERYTHING..."

My new favorite is the Galco Fletch with FBI cant worn at the 4 o'clock position. I keep it concealed except at home. I've tried small of back holster but find it hard to get a proper grip. Plus sitting in the car is uncomfortable.

The LE agencies are hesitant to really move on minors. Like most in gov, they want easy stuff. We agreed to give this kid a chance. The other one gets no chances. First time he steps out of line and we have real proof (video) he and his parents are screwed. As the detective said "it's just a matter of time".

He's frustrated with the DA too. He wants to fry these people.

If it were me I would of pressed all legal means at them; without any little chat. Many weirdos like this simple just "dont get it"... and never will.

I hope your threats - give you & your family years of peace. But I wouldn't bet money that it will last very long.

And if it doesn't last; then take this advice:

no more attempts at trying another "talk" with them.
Restraining orders, lawyer, & police... will be the only way to secure peace.
