Those kind of thoughts are why companies are moving out of North America.

1. If I own a company large enough where a union was to be formed. I'd either move the company or shut it the fuk down.

2. Nobody has a right to tell me how much money I want to take out of my hard work and what I have built.

Maybe this should be turned around.

You want to put a cap on my profits.
Okay, clerical and secreterial workers are capped at $15k a year.
Management is capped at $20k.
Any labour worker is capped at $8k a year.

I think that's fair.
If you don't like it leave.

To finish things off I will get paid from your government every year on my Corporate losses. I mean if I'm in business to break even or make a 5% profit margin I'm as good as dead.
