Using the below quoted logic the government should be able to go door to door making sure people collecting means tested welfare are on birth control, are not doing drugs, have no illegals living with them and are making sure their kids are doing their homework.

I'm wondering how this is even legal under HIPAA. I am vaccinated, but if someone comes to my door asking medical questions, they will get an extremely rude response.
