Default Beautiful day, took the goat out for a cruise

Wanted to go downtown to show the kids all the cool decorations. We live near Bethlehem and the city goes all out with lights etc.

So much for those awesome family memories.

3" exhaust all the way. I measured 90 dB (A weighted) in the cabin at idle.

It's loud enough, those little buggers got tired out ahead of time.

One of my favorite body designs of the muscle car era. Almost done with a complete resto-mod. LS7 from TX Speed at the helm

Got lucky in finding a rust free (really rust free not just low rust) car from the original owner. Car is registered with the Pontiac Historic society and never been restored, no body filler or patch panels. She was all original down to the bias ply spare tire. Still have the orig Rally wheels.

That just gorgeous with that LS in there, NICE!!! reminds me of yesteryear with my '70 Lemans sport convertible, 'Injected Madness' in Feb '95 issue of High Perf. Pontiac Mag......462/400/12 bolt/discs/26gal Caddy tank, DPFI with 58mm airflow.....car towed a boat with total rig weight of 7000 lbs up a really steep grade for many miles out I 70 just past Fredrick Md.....to the Potomac River boat had DPFI on it too, volvo engine/o-drive and a GM computer running it, That Lemans was my last Pontiac, we had a ton of fun with it, ran the socks off that thing, kids knew when I opened her up as the howl from the induction was noticed even over the exhausts......

I had restored an old Pontiac F body back around 2009-2011. It was an original 6, but I made it into a 400 car. Spent a bajillion dollars on it and it really drove well. Then one day, like a dumbass I sold it. I miss being able to jump in it like that and go for a cruise. That Goat is really, very nice! love that you are breaking the kids into it.

Yeah man, I guess that's the deal. My 16 yr old daughter was hanging with her grand parents and the Mrs. was at home cooking up a ham.

Hell I enjoyed the ride and always get a lot of waves even from the younger gen.

I have a few old cars I wish I would've hung onto. For me it was a '76 914 2.0
My Uncle bought it new and put 75K miles on it before selling it to me for $500 because he knew I was a broke car nut and he was drowning in cash.

Also had a '73 Olds Omega with a 350/350 in it that was from my buddy's Grandmother. Not a show stopper but it was a great car that got me around without breaking down for many years.

Used to take it to Englishtown in the 80s on open street night to drag race.
Only bested a 13.9 @ 90 mph.
