Default People with extensive Movie collections...
We all know them, maybe ya are one as well...

I have been asking friends/co-workers lately if they happen to have DVD/Blu-Ray collections of movies.

For the most part, most are "Hell yeah!! I got 50/100/500 or MORE DVD and Blu-Ray movies at home!". Then they elaborate about what they have and ask me if I would like to borrow some of their collection to check it out at home.

Then I mention, Hey, I just bought a Blu-Ray burner for my puter, mind if I copy what I don't have from your collection?

Then, mysteriously, NO-ONE wants to lend me their movies. For example, I have had this Burner for three weeks and not ONE person has remembered to let me borrow their movies. It's always a forgetting thing...

Go figure...

most likely because it is easy to forget about returning them.

not purposefully.

Are you burning to disc or hard drive? BR blank discs are $$. Are you ripping them to the HD? I'm looking into Synology 1511+ for buku storage.

Hey Jeff, just checked Netflix and it ain't there.. If I come across it I'll let ya know

I probably have 250'ish movies but only about 20 are Blu-Ray. When blu-ray started i got Netflix and now get most of them that way. If its a spur of the moment thing and i see its out i'll buy it still but i haven't bought many since i got Netflix.

I can give you a list tomorrow and send a few out.

I don't have any resto pics, but here is the finished product.



















Sadly, IMO, there is no plan to add the Prince's custom paint back, but apparently the new owner will also be re-doing the interior again (it was just done) to go back to the original white leather.

For those who don't know, this Countach was originally owned by a member of the Saudi royal family, and looked like this...
