A small minded rule that theoretically 'forces' private contractors to become direct hires. Such thinking has done a lot of damage.

How long to you have to be gone before you can start the 2 year cycled over again?

Generally speaking it seems the economy is doing better than 2 year ago when you started that contract so hopefully something better comes your way.

Yeah, great idea. Now they can have the extra expense of having new contractors learn what they need to know about the client over a period of time.

Sounds like a Blue Cross Blue Shield operation to me!
