Having done cost comparison to manufacturing overseas VS USA the biggest costs adders in the USA are Over regulation, Health insurance, Local, state and federal taxes and labor laws.

Everyone on that show are hypocrites. They back out of a deal for the EXACT reason they accept a different deal.

I read that only 60% of the agreed deals actually end up being REAL deals after the due diligence is done and of those, most are sold by the entrepreneur later.
