Thick skin yes, but then I don't dish out a lot of crap either.

Still hang over there for parts/tech, but long ago gave up on OT because of the a-holes that invade almost every post with their trash. The kid brought me here and I have stayed for the social interactions.

C3C7NIC recommended that I come and join y'all here. Also that CF was too cliquish and some of the mods were too heavy handed and had favorites.

I stopped spending much time on CF while the "Dale Episode" was boiling. Joined Digital Corvettes as "Dale'd" but hardly posted.

I knew a few locals who were members here. Don't recall if IC invited me or if it was someone else but I was around in time to attend the inaugural Barn Raising at IC's.

I never stirred the pot at CF and don't here; never banned or even close, though I did provide encouragement to BB and IC to take that picture.

BB & IC... the Rosa's group still meets every Wednesday - you should come out sometime. IC, bring the Jag and park next to Bubba's McLaren.

I got banned one time for calling a person "feeble minded pea brain"...in a college football thread.

Of course; he was an Ohio State fan so he deserved it.
He decided he didn't deserve it and reported me.

.....then again because I was bumping my Polar Plunge thread....seems only they can have St. Judes all the time but that's ok....I donate to them also....anyway I keep nose clean and enjoy both places.....

You and Donn~E are part of the clean nose club!

Have seen your polar plunge pics. Have done ONE myself for charity. Raised $500 but would never do it again. I think polar plunges are more miserable on skinny old women.

This thread took off quick, and honestly I a bit unsure, but the C3 types got all upset over a guy named Durango Boy....DB for short....he was a hotshot poster that took over C3 tech ....every thread he had posts, drove lots of guy nutz....then an explosion and I went to Digital Corvettes, the blue screen forum.....there a couple of years also, then got perma band for some crap on their version of OT......then another blow up and was informed by some guys on CF OT about this joint.....

I suppose at one of the CF cruise inns some 20 years ago, I have briefly met a few of you all......

Here locally, I don't hang with the car groups anymore....L O N G story.....
