That was what it meant in my childhood/teenage/early adult years too. Now it is the name of a game where people throw bean bags at these wooden targets with a hole in them, and try to get the bags to land on the target for 1 point, or through the hole for 3 points.

My wife and kids gave me a set for Father's Day.
